Uganda – Kenya: Museveni will get robust on Turkana rustlers


“The Turkana must not ever come to Uganda with weapons,” Museveni mentioned in an government order. “Anyone who does so, have to be arrested and charged with terrorism by a courtroom martial.”

With this order, the Ugandan president is making yet one more push to resolve the century-old drawback of cattle rustling. The primary driver of rustling is weapons, and the decision would seemingly be disarmament.
